You can get help immediately at the new Student Information Desk. BC experts are ready to talk to you face-to-face through your computer or smartphone via CCCConferZoom. Staff is available Monday through Thursday 10AM-6PM at bit.ly/bc-sid.

What to Expect

When you click the link, you will be taken to Zoom. If you already have Zoom installed on your computer or smartphone, it will ask to open the application. If you do not have it installed already, click the download & run Zoom link. Once the app connects, you will enter a virtual waiting room. When you are accepted, you enter the virtual lobby where an expert is waiting to help you.

If you have personal questions, don't worry. Our experts will take you to a breakout room and talk to in private. Make sure to have your BC ID ready so they can access your information.
